Howd & Ludorf, LLC Wins Summary Judgment in Discrimination and First Amendment Employment Case.

Howd & Ludorf, LLC Partners, Alexandria L. Voccio and David S. Monastersky, secured summary judgment for the Town of Suffield, the former First Selectman, Police Chief, former Captain, Lieutenant, Human Resources Director, and Police Commission Chairman in a First Amendment, gender and pregnancy discrimination case by former police officer.  In Reynolds v Suffield, the plaintiff claimed she was retaliated against for alleged protected speech and discriminated against based upon her gender and disability created by her pregnancy. U. S. District Judge Janet Arterton disagreed and granted summary judgment as to all claims against the Town, its officials and employees.
